Two killed, two wounded in Cheyenne shooting CHEYENNE – Two adults were killed and two juveniles were seriously injured in a shooting late Monday afternoon in east Cheyenne. The sole suspect, Andrew Weaver, 25, of Cheyenne, was taken into custody after a nearly two-hour search of the area. Friday the 13th did not fare well for the Wheatland Bulldogs as they faced off against the US Patriots at Croell Field in Sundance. The US Patriots Football Camp was held July 11-12 at Croell Field in Sundance. The camp was a great success with 63 kids in attendance from area schools. Coaches from Jamestown University, Dickinson State University, which included former college players from University of Arkansas and Illinois, provided plenty of football instruction. Going two for three in pool play, the Bulldogs competed against Upton, Pine Bluffs and Shoshoni. As bracket play got underway, Sundance was up against Rocky Mountain first. The wind and rain did not stop the Sundance Cross Country team this past Thursday as they competed in Belle Fourche. The junior high division saw some stiff competition as the boys ran against 148 runners and the girls competed against 158.
