    The global pandemic may have had plenty of downsides, but there was an unexpected upside for the kids who raised animals to sell at this year’s county fair. The livestock sale saw higher average sale numbers and a net total sale that was up from years past, says 4-H Educator Sara Fleenor. “It was a really high sale,” she says. The net total came in at $333,000, which is an increase of $60,500 from last year’s net total of $272,500.     An older man who had spent a week camping out near Warren Peak was found dead at the location of his vehicle on Wednesday morning. According to Undersheriff Todd Leimser, deputies with the Crook County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a report of a deceased body on August 12 at around 10:10 a.m. The location of the body was believed to be an area north of Warren Peak, off Forest Service Road 838 (otherwise known as Taylor Divide) to respond to a report of a deceased body.     A Rapid City man faces a felony charge of driving under the influence, fifth offense, after he was observed driving erratically on the interstate near Moorcroft. On August 8 at around 5:15 p.m., a Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper was dispatched to a report of drunk driving.     The Wyoming Department of Health has issued a recreational use advisory for Keyhole Reservoir due to a harmful cyanobacterial bloom (HCB). On August 10, the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality received a report from Keyhole State Park of dog illnesses that were potentially linked to cyanobacteria exposure.
