Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) funds help address the needs of low-income individuals and families. Qualifying applicants must be households that are 200% or below the Federal Poverty Level (FPL). Upon filling out an application, households may qualify for rent or mortgage payments, deposit payments, utility payments, utility deposits, health/mental health services and prescription payments.
