    A theft case involving a man who allegedly admitting to driving a vehicle that he knew had been stolen and leaving it parked outside a grocery store has been remanded to Circuit Court. Jose Alejandro Riquelme Castaneda has entered into an agreement in which he has agreed to plead guilty to an amended misdemeanor charge.     During the first weekend of May, the NWTF Wyoming State Chapter held its annual veterans spring turkey hunt in Newcastle.
