    Probation recommended for man accused of pointing rifle from car GILLETTE (WNE) — The man accused of pointing an AR-15-style rifle at a car full of people after cutting them off reached a plea deal that recommends probation on reduced charges.     The State of Wyoming does an American Dream Essay Contest and these students were the winners from Sundance high school. Their essays were based on the Cowboy Ethics and what they find most important in their own lives.     Self-measured blood pressure monitoring kits are now available for checkout at libraries in Hulett, Moorcroft and Sundance.
