The Sundance cross country team opened their season participating in the Mallo Camp meet, hosted by Newcastle, on Saturday. The Bulldog team has 15 participants this season. Team scores for cross country are determined by the top five finishers of each team for each race. The Upton-Sundance Patriots kicked off their football season against the Worland Warriors. It was a challenging matchup for the Patriots, who ultimately fell, 36-0, to a strong opponent.
