Belle Fourche man found dead near state line

A man from South Dakota who was celebrating New Year’s Eve in Beulah was later found dead by the side of Highway 14 just over the border in Lawrence County. Authorities report that foul play is not suspected in the death of Skyler J. Ahston, age 21.
