Chairman, Roger Connett called to order the regular meeting of the Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission June 13, 2016 at 6:38 p.m.
Adopt the Agenda
Chairman, Roger Connett asked if there were any amendments to the agenda; hearing none the agenda was adopted by unanimous consent.
Approval of the Minutes
Chairman, Roger Connett asked if there were any changes or corrections to the May meeting minutes. Hearing none he asked if there was a motion to approve the minutes from the regular meeting held May 9, 2016 as distributed. Mary Yemington made a motion to approve the minutes as written; Bobbi Betts seconded the motion which carried.
Chairman, Roger Connett opened discussion concerning the notice received from the Forest Service that the Black Hills National Forest (BHNF, or the Forest) proposes to modify the Forest Plan Monitoring Plan (the plan) to comply with requirements of the Forest Service’s 2012 planning rule. Vice-Chairman, Dave Osborne made a motion for the record that CCLUP&ZC acknowledges the notice received, has reviewed it and has decided not to comment at this time; Mary Yemington seconded the motion which carried.
Chairman, Roger Connett opened the review of the proposed amendments for the Major Subdivision Regulation. The commission members reviewed and held discussion concerning the proposed amendments. This review and discussion will continue at the next regular meeting; no action taken.
Chairman, Roger Connett asked if there was any other business; hearing none he asked if there was a motion to adjourn; Vice-Chairman, Dave Osborne made a motion to adjourn the meeting; Mary Yemington seconded the motion which carried.
The Crook County Land Use Planning & Zoning Commission regular monthly meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
