The Crook County Commissioners approved Oneok’s road permits for construction of the Bakken Pipeline this week with a vote 2-1 in favor. Commissioner Kelly Dennis voted against the motion. A decision regarding permits on the disputed area at Moskee and Fuller Roads was, however, put off until next month, when the dispute is expected to have been resolved.
