Mr. Wolski was a long time resident of Longmont, Colorado, having moved his family from his native state of North Dakota to Colorado in 1964. He worked as an accomplished custom cabinet maker, restorer of antique furniture, and fine wood craftsman. In retirement, he cared for his farm and gardens near Nimrod, Minnesota. More recently, he lived with family in Colorado and Wyoming. Always a gardener and master craftsman at heart, he helped his daughter Carol in the restoration of a century old church as recently as this past summer–refinishing woodwork and planting flowers. Arnold was known for his gentleness and patience, and for the love he invested in all of his endeavors, especially his family. He passed quietly in his sleep.
Arnold was preceded in death by his wife, Monica; daughter, Mary Bravo; and son Arnie Wolski.
Arnold is survived by his brother, Harvey Wolski of Beach, North Dakota; sister, Olivia Aman of Marshalltown, Iowa; children, Darlene Barthel of Gillette, Wyoming, Erling Wolski of Hygiene, Colorado, Carol Conner of Littleton, Bruce Wolski of Longmont, and Gaylene Gamble of Longmont; seventeen grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
